The Story
Titan Contracting began the way great firms often do — with one founder, a truck, and a refusal to hand off responsibility.
Jaspreet Nagpal founded Titan in 2026 after years spent watching the same problems repeat across the Canadian construction industry: opaque pricing, missed schedules, and finishes that told you nobody had actually inspected them.
Titan was built to be the correction — a small, deliberate, owner-operated general contracting firm run with the systems and accountability of a much larger company, and the personal attention of a much smaller one.
We're at the beginning of our journey, and we mean to spend the next several decades earning the right to be called one of Canada's most trusted builders.
